To change your scanner and manual verification code please follow the steps below:


We recommend that these codes be the same, so they are easier for your staff members to remember.


These pins must consist of numbers and be 4 characters long.


  1. Go to admin.s2pass.com
  2. Find the “Ticket Validation” 
  3. Here you will see the “Scanner Code” and “Self-Validation Code” section
  4. Change these pins as desired in the provided text boxes
  5. Press “Update”
